My name is Patrick, and I’m part of a group of wealth building individuals you’ve probably never heard about…

We believe that building financial wealth is important because having money makes life easier, but we don’t buy into the social teaching that you need more things, a certain job title, or a specific degree to be seen as successful, and we certainly aren’t willing to sell our souls and sacrifice our everyday fulfillment in order to chase more money.

In fact, our belief is the exact opposite.

We celebrate the one life we have to live, and because of that, we want to make the most of every day and prioritize our personal wealth such as our time, relationships, experiences, and health—the things money can’t buy that make our lives genuinely rich. We then use our personal wealth to make wiser decisions about our monetary spending and investing so that we build financial wealth in complete alignment with our personal values.

We do this through the art and science of what we call Examined Wealth.

Examined Wealth is a lifestyle that empowers us to live fully while simultaneously building wealth for financial independence. It’s about examining what we truly want out of life, and building our personal and financial wealth around that so we can live a more fulfilled, purposeful, and wealthy life every day starting today—not 10 years from now.

Join us in the journey to live a more fulfilled, purposeful, and fulfilled life. Join us in living a life of Examined Wealth.

Examined Wealth

The Story Behind the Name

In 399 B.C., Socrates sat on trial and defended his belief that the greatest good of a person is daily examination and conversation of virtue because “from virtue comes money and every other good of man.”

He summed up his belief that self-reflection and daily examination of virtue are the greatest good of a person by stating “the life which is unexamined is not worth living.”

Over 2,000 years later, millions of people in developed nations find themselves caught in a cyclical grind—chasing monetary goals and social milestones created by the commerce-driven belief that more is better and that you need to “prove” you live a “successful” life. While you’re busy keeping up with the Joneses, you’re bombarded with constant digital distractions and fill most of your days without any kind of self-reflection and examination.

As a result, you trudge through your daily routine in pursuit of things you assume you want without ever examining your life and the wealth within to know if you’re on the right track towards a fulfilled life.

Examined Wealth is to help you break free from this routine—to provide you with educational content and a community to help you take the time to reflect on what it is you truly want out of your life and then build financial wealth and personal wealth to help you make that life a reality.
